Jax Taylor seeks monthly support payments from Brittany Cartwright in divorce filing
In new divorce papers Jax Taylor seeks monthly support and a $250000 payout from Brittany Cartwright citing lost gigs ahead of a Dec. 30 hearing.
Reality star Jax Taylor wants a court to require Brittany Cartwright to send him monthly support money while their divorce continues.
Filings say his lawyer also seeks $250000 from her. Taylor says he is out of steady work and claims she pushed a narrative that painted him as an abuser.
He says that fallout cost him a Special Forces role and that a deodorant brand declined to renew a partnership. He lists average monthly income of $30334 over the past year against estimated expenses of $28944.
He estimates her company took in $632775 in gross income from January through a recent filing window. He also reports $464671 across bank accounts and $193471 in other property.
Taylor says he will ask the court to strip Brittany's tie-breaking power over medical decisions for their son Cruz citing what he calls newfound knowledge of neglect.
A hearing is set for Dec. 30. Brittany has not publicly answered the latest filing in detail.
