Harry Styles signs for a fan at a Knicks game then gets into a tense street exchange over an autograph
The singer turned back to sign for a fan outside Madison Square Garden on Tuesday. A day later video caught him in a heated moment with a man holding his album.

Harry Styles had two very different autograph moments in New York City this week.
A signature at the Garden
Styles arrived at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night for a Knicks game. A handful of thrilled fans were waiting outside in hopes of meeting him.
He could have kept on walking. Instead he turned around and signed something for one lucky fan before going inside.
The singer has a real connection to the team. During his own run of shows at the Garden last month he gave a big shout-out to Knicks star Jalen Brunson and called him the "King of New York."
Brunson led the Knicks to their first NBA title in 53 years and was named NBA Finals MVP.
Styles has more or less lived at the arena lately. His 30-show "Together, Together" residency kept him there through the summer and into the fall.
A tense moment the next day
Things looked very different on Wednesday. Video shows Styles in an animated back-and-forth with a man on a city street who was holding a copy of his "Fine Line" album.
It is not clear what started the argument. At one point a third man stepped between the two to try to calm things down.
When Styles tried to walk away the man kept pace right beside him. Another clip shows the man walking next to the singer and appearing to try to get his attention. Styles did not engage.
