Halle Berry keeps quiet at custody trial as son Maceo takes the stand behind closed doors
Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez said nothing to cameras as their son Maceo, 13, gave sealed testimony. Daughter Nahla Aubry was set to testify on day two.

Halle Berry gave reporters nothing as her custody fight with ex-husband Olivier Martinez moved into the courtroom this week in downtown Los Angeles.
Day one: Maceo testifies
Berry showed up early Monday in a dark pantsuit with sunglasses. Cameras crowded the courthouse steps but she did not stop to answer a single question.
Martinez was just as tight-lipped. He was seen heading back inside after a lunch break without saying a word.
The couple's 13-year-old son, Maceo, was the one who spoke. He testified at the hearing while the judge had both of his parents step out of the room. What he said is under seal.
Berry reportedly got there first. Martinez arrived later with Maceo by his side and the mood turned cold when Berry shot her ex a hard look as he walked in.
Day two: a smile and a wave
Berry looked far more at ease when she returned on Tuesday. She smiled for photographers and gave a small wave to supporters on her way in.
She even stopped to talk briefly with an older couple before crossing the street. The exchange looked friendly though nobody could hear what was said.
She had also seemed relaxed when she left on Monday. Because Maceo's testimony is sealed it is not clear whether the first day went her way or whether she is simply keeping a brave face.
Her daughter, Nahla Aubry, was expected to testify on Tuesday.
How the fight started
Martinez claims Berry went after Maceo and put her hands around his neck when the two argued over a VR game. Berry firmly denies it.
A judge earlier granted Martinez a temporary restraining order that limits her contact with their son. He is asking for sole custody. Berry wants their old shared custody arrangement put back in place.
