Funkmaster Flex shares video of his scuffle at the Knicks opener as former coworker TT Torrez says he shoved her
Funkmaster Flex posted video of a clash at Madison Square Garden. TT Torrez's rep says he shoved her and her husband was defending her.

The Knicks opened their season against the Sixers on Tuesday night. One of the louder moments at Madison Square Garden had nothing to do with the game.
Funkmaster Flex ended up in a physical clash with another man inside the arena's Delta Lounge. Early Wednesday the DJ shared the clip himself on Instagram.
What the video shows
Dressed head to toe in black, Flex is seen rushing across a packed room toward the other man. Things quickly turn physical as guests scramble out of the way. Security staff and an NYPD officer eventually push Flex out into a hallway and work to settle him down.
In his all-caps caption, Flex pushed back on chatter that he had been assaulted, writing that he must have missed the part where he took a punch to the face.
He went on to claim the man works for a record label and was hoping Flex would swing first so he could take him to court. Flex also alleged the man hurled a racial slur at him while calling him broke. He says the man then tossed a drink on him.
TT Torrez tells a different story
A few hours later TT Torrez stepped forward. She worked alongside Flex at Hot 97 and left the station last year.
Her rep says she and her husband were simply out for the night when things went wrong. "What was meant to be an enjoyable evening out for Mrs. Torrez and her husband became a deeply disturbing and traumatic experience," the statement reads. "A verbal exchange between her husband and Funkmaster Flex escalated into a physical confrontation in which Funkmaster Flex shoved her violently."
Torrez argues the clip leaves out what came before. "The brief video circulating online does not tell the full story," she says. "What the public saw was a husband defending his wife."
An older feud
According to her rep, Torrez has "endured years of ongoing harassment" along with intimidation and bullying from her former colleague. She chose to handle it quietly through legal channels instead of going public.
The rep says that "process ultimately resulted in a settlement with Mediaco Hot97 and a non-disparagement agreement, which Funkmaster Flex has continued to violate."
Torrez filed a police report online after the night at the Garden. Her camp sees the run-in as the latest chapter in a long-running feud.
Police officials said they had no details on the incident. Madison Square Garden has not commented. Flex has not responded to the claims from Torrez.
