Fresh off their midterm sweep Democrats are already lining up probes of Trump officials
After winning control of the House and Senate Democrats are warning Trump administration officials and allies that investigations and subpoenas are on the way.

Democrats are still celebrating their big night at the polls. They are also wasting no time warning the Trump administration about what comes next.
California Rep. Robert Garcia had a blunt message for Republicans. He told them to "LAWYER UP."
Oregon Sen. Ron Wyden kept his warning even shorter. He posted just one word on X: "Subpoenas."
Names on the list
Illinois Rep. Delia Ramirez went a step further. She shared a list on X of well-known Trump officials and allies she wants to look into.
Kristi Noem and Markwayne Mullin made her list. So did Tom Homan along with Greg Bovino.
Massachusetts Sen. Ed Markey had some fun with it. "They are going to need to plant new forests for all of the subpoenas we'll be printing," he wrote on X.
A new balance of power
Republicans have held both chambers of Congress since President Trump returned to the White House.
That changed with Tuesday's results. Democrats now control both the House and the Senate.
