Cher keeps it classy after Michael Douglas suggests her Moonstruck Oscar belonged to Glenn Close
Michael Douglas said Glenn Close should have won the 1988 Oscar that went to Cher. Cher's camp answered with a short and sweet four-word reply.

Cher has an answer for Michael Douglas after he questioned her Oscar win. It's only four words long.
Michael recently said Glenn Close was the one who deserved the Academy Award that Cher took home back in 1988.
Cher did not fire back with any shade. Instead a rep for the singer offered a simple message: "Cher adores Michael Douglas."
What Michael said
The actor made the comment last week while sitting next to Glenn during a talk show appearance.
"She should have won [the Oscar] with 'Fatal Attraction,'" he said.
Michael went on to praise Glenn's turn as the scorned and vengeful Alex Forrest. He called it one of "the greatest performances of all time."
Glenn's long wait
During the same chat Glenn talked about the honor coming her way at the Governors Awards this month.
She has racked up eight Oscar nominations without a single win. Glenn joked that Academy voters "probably don't want to feel guilty anymore."
Cher's big night
Cher won Best Actress in 1988 for her role in "Moonstruck." It was the second Oscar nomination of her career.
