Visiting fans usually keep a low profile in Seattle. Ashton Kutcher did the opposite. He picked a fight with the home team's mascot and won it in about ten seconds.

Before the Chicago Bears faced the Seattle Seahawks on Monday Night Football on Nov. 2, the actor was on the field in full Bears gear. Blitz, the big blue bird who fires up the crowd at every home game, wandered over. What followed looked a lot like a wrestling match at a family cookout.

Kutcher got the mascot down on the turf and held on. Blitz tried to fight back by grabbing his leg. Kutcher simply turned that into an armbar and squeezed until the bird tapped out.

Security had to step in

The two kept jawing at each other after they got back up. Team staff finally guided Blitz away before the feathers could really fly. A local TV reporter caught the whole thing on video and fans loved it.

Blitz has been pumping up Seahawks crowds for decades. Losing a grappling match to the star of That '70s Show was probably not on his to-do list though.

The Bears finished the job

Kutcher's team carried the energy into the game. Chicago led 13-9 at halftime and pulled away after the break. D'Andre Swift ran in three touchdowns and the Bears won 34-17.

The victory was Chicago's third straight and pushed the Bears to 6-2. For one night at least the scoreboard and the pregame scuffle had the same winner.
