New Zealand left no doubt in Sydney.

The All Blacks beat Australia 43-21 on Saturday at Accor Stadium to win both tests of this year's Bledisloe Cup series. It was their 13th straight win over the Wallabies and it came in Australia's final home test of the year.

Over by halftime

New Zealand was faster at the breakdown and turned Australian mistakes into points. Winger Josh Moorby scored the first try. Fullback Beauden Barrett and flanker Peter Lakai followed before Rieko Ioane crossed in the corner to make it 22-0.

Jeremy Williams finally scored for Australia but Wallace Sititi answered for New Zealand. Another runaway try off an interception made it 36-7 at the break. Moorby added his second try early in the second half after a fake pass froze two defenders.

Australia's bench gave the home crowd something to cheer late. Filipo Daugunu was among the Wallabies who scored in the second half but the gap was far too big.

Missing stars, no problem

The All Blacks won without captain Ardie Savea, fly-halves Ruben Love and Richie Mo'unga and center Jordie Barrett, who pulled out late with a tight calf. Center Quinn Tupaea also left in the first minute after hitting his head on the turf.

Frustration for Australia

"It's not good enough for this group, we've got to be a lot better," Wallabies captain Harry Wilson said. "We had a terrible first half this game. We can't be having terrible halves against the All Blacks."

Coach Les Kiss was just as blunt. "It's just not acceptable what was put out there," he said.

Eyes on the World Cup

The result matters beyond this series. Accor Stadium will host many of the biggest games at next year's Rugby World Cup in Australia. The Wallabies have four tests left in Europe this year while the win gives New Zealand a lift after a 3-1 series loss to South Africa.
