Savannah Chrisley is not planning a wedding. She already had one.

The reality star said her vows to Jason Galanis back in July, marriage records show, according to reports. The ceremony was held in the Cayman Islands at a Baptist church. The couple had gotten engaged on the islands months earlier.

A secret kept for months

Savannah shared her pregnancy and her engagement Tuesday in a video and on her "Unlocked" podcast. At first she called her partner only "J." She never said whether the two had already tied the knot.

Fans had their suspicions. Photos shared online by a jeweler and photographers showed her with a diamond band next to her ring. Sources say she was telling people about the engagement as early as late April.

How they met

Savannah said she met Jason through political circles while she was fighting to free her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley. He texted her in June 2025 to praise her work for her family. She did not answer for more than a week. They started dating in July 2025.

Jason's prison sentence for securities fraud had been commuted in March 2025. He and Todd both got clemency. Their time in the same federal prison camp in Pensacola, Florida, overlapped for several months in 2023.

Todd's change of heart

Todd opened up about the romance on a podcast with Bunnie Xo released Thursday. He did not deny the wedding talk.

He admitted he was not thrilled about the 27-year age gap. He said he had to accept the relationship or "lose my daughter." He added, "nothing is ever coming between me and my daughter."

Todd said he did not push for the match. "He has treated her with the utmost of respect," he said of Jason.

When Jason asked for her hand, Todd warned him, "you won't be her only love." Jason answered, "Well, it's my job while I am to make sure she never forgets it." Todd is only a couple of years older than his new son-in-law.

Defending her baby

Savannah has pushed back at critics of her pregnancy. In a post she told her unborn child, "You are not defined by anyone's past." She said she "will never apologize" for celebrating the baby.

Their Nashville home

The couple lives in a five-bedroom house outside Nashville. Savannah bought it in February for about $2.2 million. It turns out the property is also their marital home.
