Jury sees photos of a shirtless Russell Brand that his accuser took on the night in question
Jurors saw pictures an accuser snapped of a bare-chested Russell Brand on the night she alleges he raped her. Brand has pleaded not guilty to every charge.

Jurors in Russell Brand's rape trial were shown photos on Thursday that one of his accusers says she snapped of him on the night she claims he attacked her.
What the photos show
The pictures feature a younger Brand with no shirt on. He is wearing only white pants with a belt.
In one shot he leans against a wall with a relaxed smile. Another appears to catch him just after he blew a kiss toward the woman holding the camera.
Why she took them
The woman says that at the time she liked taking pictures of people she was fond of. She says she took no photos of Brand the following day, after the alleged assault.
Her allegations
She has said the two of them were spending time in a hotel room when Brand caught her off guard by taking off his pants.
She alleges he then groped her and kissed her before pulling down her pants and penetrating her. She told police the encounter was painful and that he seemed to care only about finishing.
Brand's position
Brand is charged with rape and sexual assault as well as indecent assault. He has pleaded not guilty to every count and maintains he has never had sex with anyone without consent.
