Reps. Rich McCormick and Beth Van Duyne have reportedly ended their relationship
The Georgia and Texas Republicans are no longer together, according to people familiar with the split, who say they remain on good terms.

One of Capitol Hill's best-known couples has reportedly called it quits.
Rep. Rich McCormick of Georgia and Rep. Beth Van Duyne of Texas, both Republicans, are no longer together, according to sources with direct knowledge. It is not clear when the relationship ended, but the sources said there are no hard feelings.
What they said
McCormick said he has a great relationship with Van Duyne and will keep trying to be the best friend he can be to her. Van Duyne had not commented as of Wednesday.
Looking back
Van Duyne confirmed the relationship in May 2024. Over the summer, McCormick joked that while relationships are always tricky, Washington makes it easy, as the two walked together after votes. No reason for the breakup was given.
