Legal fight still in the background
His name still rides the Blake Lively fight in Hollywood. She alleges harassment plus a coordinated smear by him and Wayfarer Studios. He rejects that account and countersued her circle for defamation and extortion.
In June a court threw out his $400 million case aimed at Lively and The New York Times. The ballroom cameo gave viewers a look at him away from filing deadlines.
