Julia Stiles brings her old 10 Things castmates to the DWTS ballroom for a Heath Ledger tribute
Julia Stiles danced to the song Heath Ledger sang to her in 10 Things I Hate About You as her old castmates watched on Dedication Night.

Julia Stiles turned Dedication Night on "Dancing with the Stars" into a small "10 Things I Hate About You" reunion. She used her Tuesday night dance to remember Heath Ledger, her co-star in the 1999 teen comedy.
Stiles and her pro partner Ezra Sosa performed a contemporary number set to Frankie Valli's "Can't Take My Eyes Off You." Fans of the movie know the tune well. Ledger's character sings it to hers from the bleachers in one of the film's most famous scenes.
Missing a friend
During rehearsals Stiles said Ledger taught her a great deal while they worked together. She admitted she wishes she could simply pick up the phone and tell him "Hey dude."
On the night itself she set a rose down in front of a picture of Ledger. A recording of the poem her character reads aloud in the movie played over the moment.
The gang is back
Several familiar faces came out to support her. Joseph Gordon-Levitt was there along with Gabrielle Union. Larisa Oleynik plus Andrew Keegan and Susan May Pratt also showed up for the tribute.
The judges loved what they saw. They gave the routine 36 points out of a possible 40.
Ledger was only 28 when he passed away in January 2008. His death was ruled an accidental overdose involving prescription medication.
