Anne Heche's son Homer Laffoon called a deadbeat dad by son's mother
Jessica Lamberto says Anne Heche's son Homer Laffoon has not helped with their toddler Rocco, who has autism. Riverside County has an open support case.

Homer Laffoon, the 24-year-old son of the late actress Anne Heche, is being labeled a deadbeat dad by his toddler's mother. Jessica Lamberto told Page Six he has never once reached out about nearly-3-year-old Rocco.
A hard diagnosis
Lamberto, 42, says Rocco is nonverbal and has been diagnosed with autism plus global developmental delay. She told the outlet she is still shaken by the formal diagnosis even though she had sensed it. Rocco recently had an MRI and she is waiting on those results.
She calls herself a single parent shuttling Rocco daily to physical, occupational, speech and behavior sessions. She says the boy's father offers zero support.
Child support case open
Page Six reports Riverside County child-support officials already opened a file on Laffoon. By August he still had not been served papers. Staff told Lamberto they might lack details needed to find the parent who is supposed to pay.
How they got here
Lamberto says she and Laffoon had been friends and she learned she was pregnant about six months after Heche's death. She has said Laffoon was unsure how involved he wanted to be, missed the hospital birth and did not sign the birth certificate.
She says their first meeting came when Rocco was 2 months old and that there has been no visit since last May. Facing steep therapy bills she launched a GoFundMe.
