Heather Locklear and Lorenzo Lamas take a steak lesson on a Vegas weekend

Heather Locklear and Lorenzo Lamas went back to Las Vegas for another weekend together. This time the couple did more than eat a great steak. They learned how to cook one.

Back to a favorite spot

Their dinner stop was Barry's Downtown Prime at Circa. They had been photographed at that very steakhouse earlier in the year.

Lamas reportedly came to town for the Renegade Reunion at Las Vegas Bikefest and Locklear tagged along. They arrived on a JSX flight and settled into a suite high up on Circa's 51st floor.

Dinner and a cooking class

With friends at the table they started on Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. Then the couple split a New York strip with a side of asparagus.

Chef Barry Dakake then brought the couple back into his kitchen. He gave them a hands-on lesson in cooking steak over hot coals and sent them off with cookies baked from his mother's recipe.

They also posed close together in their booth for a picture. They later posed with the chef inside the restaurant's wine room.

A crowd gathers

Later the pair stopped by Vegas Vickie, the hotel bar, to see Circa's owner Derek Stevens along with its COO David Rosborough. Fans soon spotted the famous pair. It reportedly got so busy that Circa executive Richard Wilk walked them back up to their suite.

How the romance began

Word of their relationship first got out in April after photos surfaced from a New Year's Eve night at the same restaurant. Locklear has since met Lamas's family. In August she said their love arrived at just the right moment in her life.
