Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb reject George Pickens trade talk ahead of the deadline
Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb dismissed speculation that Dallas should trade George Pickens before the Nov. 10 NFL trade deadline.

Dallas' stars are not buying the trade chatter.
Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and receiver CeeDee Lamb rejected speculation Thursday that Dallas should move George Pickens before the Nov. 10 NFL trade deadline.
Pickens is playing the 2026 season on the franchise tag and is eligible for an extension in the 2027 offseason.
Prescott shuts it down
"People say a lot of things I don't believe so I'm not listening to that one either" Prescott said when asked about fans and analysts floating a Pickens deal.
He called Pickens a great teammate who will block or run a defender off when the call asks for it and said the ball will find him when the sequencing is right.
Snap counts fueled talk
Trade talk heated up after coach Brian Schottenheimer criticized Pickens' run blocking in a loss at Green Bay and after Pickens' offensive snaps dipped behind Lamb and Ryan Flournoy over the last two games.
Lamb credited Pickens for opening defenses and said he does not understand why a trade is even a topic. The Cowboys are 3-5 entering the final stretch before the deadline.
