Boosie Badazz says losing $600K on a pardon deal at least kept others from getting burned
The rapper says he is grateful his story about paying Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl for a presidential pardon that never came may spare others the same fate.

Boosie Badazz is out $600,000 on a pardon that never happened. He says there is still something good to come out of it.
A warning for others
The rapper was stopped in New York City on Tuesday morning as he left a radio interview. He said he is thankful he could spread the word about Jack Burkman and Jacob Wohl.
In his view, speaking out may keep other people from being taken in. Burkman and Wohl have not been charged with a crime and they dispute his account.
The $600K deal
Boosie has said in a TV interview that he handed the pair $600,000 in advance. The money was meant to pay them to help him land a pardon from President Donald Trump. That pardon never came through.
He also claims the two agreed to refund half of the money if they failed to get it done. The brokers deny that they ever made that promise.
Getting the money back
As for recovering his cash, Boosie said that effort will move forward once his case is in the courts.
He hinted that he is lining up heavy hitters for the legal fight ahead.
