Delete it yourself
- Sign in to ChitaChatter in the app or on this website.
- Open Profile and choose Delete my account. Or sign in and use the form on this page.
- Type DELETE and confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email us from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days. admin@chitachatter.com
What is deleted
- Your profile and photo and about line and sign-in records
- Your chats and messages (the other person's copy of those chats is removed too)
- Your Feed posts and replies and group posts and comments and likes and reactions
- Photos and videos you uploaded
- Your Dating likes and matches and your invites and blocks and reports you sent
- Saved items and plans and location sessions and visit records
Small traces can stay in backups and server logs for up to 30 days. Groups you own pass to another member. If nobody else is in the group it is deleted.
